Academic resources support student-athletes in grades 6–12 with certified academic profiling that identifies gaps in foundational skills from early education, such as reading comprehension and core math and writing concepts. Students then receive tutoring and consistent accountability to stay organized, meet academic expectations, and build confidence in the classroom. These resources also include college preparation, understanding forward planning, stronger academic habits, and positioning students for future educational opportunities.

Mentorship centers on community engagement and giving back. Student-athletes complete required volunteer and community service hours by coaching and supporting younger athletes through GridIron youth flag football and various city-program partnerships, creating a cycle where professional and collegiate athletes influence high school athletes, who then mentor middle school athletes.

In collaboration with Ford Sports Performance, we support athletic development that prepares student-athletes to compete at the next level. Athletes receive guidance that connects performance training, skill development, and personal growth. This combined approach has helped hundreds of athletes earn Division One college scholarships and pursue their goals with confidence.

The Sincerely Royal Foundation provides exclusive assistance with college placement and tours, streamlining access to showcases where student-athletes can display their athleticism, understand their recruiting position, and build relationships with college coaches. This support helps students approach each opportunity prepared, informed, and confident in how they present themselves. Because academic eligibility is essential for college visits and recruitment, we also support students in staying eligible so they can fully take advantage of these opportunities.
